What is new for the 2023 Jeep Gladiator model year?
The Jeep Gladiator has many new features such as an American flag on each front fender, a new exterior color called High Velocity, and a Freedom special edition. This special edition includes LED headlamps and fog lamps, body-color fender flares, an Oscar Mike badge on the rear tailgate, steel rock rails, winch-capable steel front and rear bumpers, black wheels and accents and an American flag decal along the side of each vehicle. The Freedom special edition offers many unique exterior features and capability enhancements. There is also a new Capability Package available for the High Altitude trim that features steel rock rails, a winch-capable steel front bumper, and a front off-road camera. For 2023, the Gladiator Willys trim now comes standard with a 7-inch instrument cluster, remote start and garage door opener as well as proximity keyless entry.
2023 Jeep Gladiator engine options
The 2023 Jeep Gladiator features two powertrain options. These options include a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel engine with ESS and a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine with engine stop-start. The Gladiator is also one of the mid-size few trucks that offer a six-speed manual transmission and has an available eight-speed automatic transmission. This rugged pickup has many versatile features including a body-on-frame design, a versatile box, front and rear five-link suspension systems, electronic lockers, and solid axles.
